As an independent, we are not tied to specified suppliers so we can purchase the highest quality products available.

We prefer to use branded goods as these offer the highest quality, but we are careful in our choice of products and purchase high quality non-branded products to enable us to offer comparable quality and higher value for money.

To allow the inclusion of more specialised foods we ensure that sufficient units are available to offer a practical range of goods.

The style of our mobile units and multi-purpose catering carts allow us to provide a high level of service, offering a broad selection of food choices at small and large events.

Local suppliers are preferred and we invite local suppliers to submit products for consideration.  Where we recognise goods of high quality we make every effort to include them in our food and beverages selection.
